Musicraft offers a special delivery and collection service to all schools in the Peninsula when necessary for the convenience of parents and teachers. Musicraft is well known for it's services and repairs all around South Africa and in order to service the needs of clients from further afield, we employ the services of a few reliable courier companies. Instruments are packaged with extreme care to avoid damage in transit.
There is no charge for an assessment and quote on estimated repairs & services on instruments. Emergency work can usually be accommodated at short notice, but if possible please call before coming to our work shop. We charge R350.00 per hour, with a minimum charge of R150.00 for while-you-wait pads/corks springs, re-straightening, re-alignment to keys/pads etc.
NB: Inspection of instrument is essential in order to assess the extent of work needed, and to give an accurate quote. The repair price lists on website are merely a guide to help you have some idea in what’s involved in the various repair & servicing stages according to the condition of instrument.
