🚚 Shipping Notice: All instruments, instrument stands and instrument cases will incur additional courier charges due to their size and packaging requirements. Shipping costs will be calculated and confirmed before dispatch.

Delivery Policy (Applicable to online purchases only)

• Orders of R1,350.00 or more qualify for free delivery to all main-lying areas.
• Delivery times depend on stock availability and delivery region.
• Main-lying area deliveries: 3 to 5 working days.
• For large or heavy items or deliveries outside main-lying areas, additional courier charges may apply.

Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy for items purchased through our website. Within 14 days, you can return items for a full refund or exchange.

Damages & Issues – Contact Us Immediately

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective or damaged
• You received the wrong item

We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Accessories can be returned within 14 days provided you have let us know via orders@musicraft.co.za on the reception of the item and the item being returned is:

-      Undamaged, unused and unopened with the original labels and stickers still attached.

-      Returned within the stated period (14 days starting from the day the item is received by you)

-      Not missing any accessories or parts.

-      NOT a digital product such as an ebook or the item is NOT a magazine, book or any form of reading material.

Instruments and mouthpieces can be returned within 14 days provided that the goods are:

-      Undamaged

-      Returned within the stated period (14 days starting from the day the item is received by you)

-      They are not modified in any way by the customer.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
